Miller drops out of Republican presidential race
BRADENTON, FLORIDA — Robin ‘Roblimo’ Miller, owner of the not-very-famous roblimo.com website, announced today that he is withdrawing from the contest to become the Republican presidential nominee in 2008. “I’d like to thank everyone who supported me in this race,” he said, “but my wife doesn’t want to live in Washington, D.C., so that’s that.” Miller declined to say if he planned to support another candidate. “Right now,” he groaned, “the only thing I want to say is that I need a nap. As Fred Thompson will tell you if you ask him, campaigning wears you out something fierce.”

Nothing in the Constitution says you have to live in Washington, DC, if you are President.

Sure, but how long has it been since it mattered what the Constitution said in this country?

Darn, I’m disappointed. We have to wait over a year until we can make a deciding vote and I printed hundreds of t-shirts espousing your, “Whiskey Will Make Peace!”, campaign. I was counting on you to lead our republic to a new destiny. Now that you have withdrawn, I’m going to have to vote for Ron Paul. http://www.allyourbase-arebelongto.us/node/156
