Ron Paul beats Keyes, Thompson, Tancredo and Hunter in Florida primary
BRADENTON, FLORIDA — With 100% of all Florida ballots counted, insurgent Republican candidate Ron Paul captured a whopping 3% of primary votes here, while rivals Tom Tancredo, Duncan Hunter, and Alan Keyes each scored a statistical 0%. This victory proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Ron Paul has what it takes to become the next Republican presidential candidate. To top off his victory, Paul also beat former candidate Fred Thompson, who got a mere 1% of the Florida vote.
Several other Republican candidates also did well in Florida. Rudy Giuliani got 15% and Mike Huckabee scored 13%, while Mitt Romney only got 31% and John McCain garnered a disappointing 36%.
On the Democrat side, it seems one of the liberals got a lot of the votes, with the remainder wasted on other liberals. Even the Democrat icNational Committee thought this vote was worthless and didn’t count.
As any true Ron Paul supporter will tell you, the numbers above — from a Bradenton (Leftist) Herald article — prove that Paul is DA MAN and that trolling Internet comment boards on his behalf is the most successful campaign tactic ever.
Ron Paul is gonna win BIG! On Feb 5, we expect him to get a whopping 4% or even higher! And that’s just among Republicans. W00t!

The guy is a moron… a typical phony conservative. All of them seem to be ‘off their meds’ today.

I got it. Very good. LMAO. When are the Paulies going to give it up with a little grace and dignity? Candidates bow out. Two of mine already have. If they were truly conservs, they would go on to support the party, but NOOOooo…it’s RP or nobody!
What whiners. Stay home.

Though I’m not a big Ron Paul fan I do think he made some good points in his campaign. I don’t think he has enough support to get much further in the race, I liked his immigration policy and his stand on the war.

Bet you’re looking back at THIS entry and laughing. Honestly, I hope you don’t truly like Ron Paul. He’s got some extremely unsavory qualities and ideas. A vote for any Republican is a vote to keep this country on the verge of bankruptcy. Our economy will never turn around as long as this war is going on. Screw the $600. Stop spending my money (and my neighbor’s children) on the war.
