You may go to the Germans because in your opinion or experience only German make the best German food. Have you ever considered the fact that people cooking the food in a German establishment could well be Koreans. Koreans may be the best cooks so they provide that service. In reference to the black man and his restaurant. maybe his restaurant had Italian Clientle hence the reason for his choice of decore. The trouble with blacks was a simple case of mis-understanding and nothing more and nothing less. Which is why I was suprised to read in a newspaper that a coffee roast house run by 3 Chinese sisters rated the best in Sydney.
