With the price-gouging the current drop was inevitable (luckily I think the same will be said of oil in the future). But what's great about the current market is, its time to buy cheap. The market could go lower, and probably will, but you never know when the market will or has bottomed out, so I decided to pick some up before prices rise again. I recently went out on a few real estate ventures of my own, trying to pick up some rental properties. Just to reassure you, speculation has been a great problem not only in Manatee but everywhere else. I am a Spanish living in England and we got the same problem here too (as well as Spain).
